How it works

The whole loop

Missed calls are only part of the equation.

A customer isn’t one phone call. It’s a booking, a reminder, a job, a bill, a review, and hopefully the next booking. Here’s every step, and all of it runs in one place.

  1. What they see

    Waggle & Wash booking line

Call to Waggle & Wash · No answer

Hi, I’m Milo, the AI booking assistant for Waggle & Wash. Sorry we missed your call - I can help you book an appointment. What do you need? Reply STOP to opt out.

    Get booked again

Every booking builds your customer list, and a regular rebooks in a couple of taps.

  8. …and round again. That’s how a missed call turns into a regular.

Where the others stop

An answering service picks up the call. Then you’re on your own.

We help turn that call into a repeat customer.

Answering service:
A person takes a message. You still have to call back, find a time, and do everything after.
AI receptionist:
It answers and sends a booking link, or books into a calendar, as long as you already run one it connects to. After that it’s done.

All eight, in one place.

Partly: an answering service takes a message, not a booking. Some AI receptionists book into a calendar, if you already run one they connect to, and many keep a log of calls, which isn't the same as a customer list.

What we do with a missed call

Your phone just rang.
You’re under a sink.

Here’s what happens next when nobody picks up.

  1. +0 sec

    Your phone rings.

They had a real job for you, and they took the time to find your number.

  2. +30 sec

    Voicemail.

Plenty of people hang up rather than leave a message. You may never know they called.

  3. +2 min

They call the next name on the list.

Whoever picks up first gets the job, and the next one, and the one after that.

  4. With RevMeUpPro

They get a text in under a minute, and a link to your booking app.Rolling out

From your booking line, in your business’s name. The booking app is yours and part of the platform, so they pick a time and the rest of the loop takes over.

And everything else

The whole back office, not just the phone.

This is the real app your business runs on, screen by screen: your day, your customers, getting paid, your website, and the guides. It’s all one price.

Your day

Every job in order, with the address, their notes, and one tap for “On my way”, “Arrived” and “Done”.

Keep your number. No porting.

Your number stays with your carrier, on your truck and your cards. Calls you can’t take are forwarded, and if you stop forwarding, nothing has changed.

Your own domain.

Your website and booking page live on your own web address. We connect it with you, and if you already have a site, point it here instead.

Walking out the door

$468/month

About 5 jobs a month that went to whoever picked up.

And that’s just the first visit. A regular who comes back every six weeks is worth about $780 a year.

One job a month covers the $79.

Your booking app

Your own booking app. Built in, set up by you.

It’s part of the platform, so there’s no separate scheduling service to pay for and nothing to copy between apps. Every booking lands straight in your calendar and your customer list.

  • Your services and prices
  • Your hours
  • Your questions
  • Your colors, on your domain

Your customer database

Every customer, remembered.

Your CRM builds itself from every booking, and it’s what makes the next one easy. Regulars rebook in a few taps, and you always know who you’re visiting.

  • Contact detailsPhone, email and address, with text and call one tap away.
  • Visits and invoicesEvery job, what they paid, and what’s still owed.
  • Your notesGate codes, quirks, how they like it done.
  • Regulars on a scheduleWeekly, every other week or monthly, booked once.
  • What they told youTheir answers from every booking, kept with the visit.
  • Rebooking in two tapsRegulars skip the form. Their details are already on file.

1What your customer sees

They’ve booked before

They tap “Yes, I’m a regular” and give their mobile number.

They’ve booked before: They tap “Yes, I’m a regular” and give their mobile number.

Their address and history are only ever shown to you. The booking page recognizes a regular without showing their details back.

Built for your trade

A groomer asks the breed. A detailer asks the car.

Your booking page asks what you need to know before you show up. Tap your trade to see the calls you get, the questions your page can ask, and a demo already set up for your kind of business.

03 / Setting it up

Getting up and running is easy, and we’re here if you get stuck.

Four steps, a walkthrough video that takes you through every one of them, and a real person on a call at the end. Rather not do it on your own? We’ll set it up with you live, as much or as little as you need.

An evening’s work, not a Sunday spent on your own.

  1. You activate the account

That’s the $49. Your booking page and CRM exist from that moment.

  2. You watch the walkthrough

Services, hours, prices, photos. Most people have it right in an evening.

  3. You bring your customers over

Add them as you go, or put the list in at once. Bookings record themselves after that.

  4. We get on a call

A follow-up call to answer whatever the video didn’t and finish the page off. Or do the whole setup with us, live.

You’re taking bookings in just a couple days.

Proof

Don’t take our word for it.

“Start Me Up Pro has been an absolute jump-starter for my business. It’s a relief that I didn’t have to cobble something together across multiple apps that still wouldn’t have provided my business with all of this.”

Canceling

Cancel whenever you like. From your second month on, we refund the unused part of it. We don’t take a processing fee out of a refund, and we never charge you before a renewal.

The $49 activation is the one thing you can’t get back. It buys you the account rather than a month of it.

Questions

The questions everybody asks.

Short answers. If yours isn’t here, ask it on the call.

01Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep the number on your truck and in your customers’ phones. Nothing here touches it.

02I can get a free booking app from my payment processor. Why should I pay for yours?

A free one takes a booking and a card, and most do that well — it’s free because the booking is there to bring card payments in. Ours runs the rest of the job: a customer list that builds itself, estimates you can send from the driveway, invoices off the job that’s already in there, reminders that cut no-shows, an intake that asks what you need to know before you turn up, and guides that work out your pricing from your own numbers. It also turns a missed call into a booking — and if you need help, you talk to the team that built it.

03Do I need a separate booking app?

No. The booking app is part of the platform, and you set it up yourself: your services, prices, hours and questions. Every booking lands in your calendar and customer list, with no second subscription.

04What happens to the customers I’ve already got?

They come with you. Add them as you go or put the whole list in at once. Every booking after that records itself.

05I already have a website or a Facebook page.

Point it at your booking page and you’re done. One change, and we walk you through it on the call.

06Do I need an LLC for this?

No. If you want to register, we do that too, but it’s a separate job, not required to take bookings.

07What if it turns out not to be for me?

Cancel whenever. From your second month we refund the unused part, with no processing fee skimmed off.
